Obama administration proposes restrictions on some colleges and universities receiving federal financial aid

Harvard recently changed their final exam policy. Profs now must opt-in to have a final exam slot reserved for them.

This one will be of interest to those of you from SUNY who are familiar with the debate over whether or not to give SUNY Schools more autonomy over tuition increases.

This guy will give $150 Million dollars to SUNY Stonybrook if some version of the bill is passed granting SUNY schools that kind of autonomy.
